Get The Look- Lauren Conrad

I found this gorgeous picture of Lauren Conrad on Pinterest and just had to repin it to my board. I love Lauren's hair and make up she always looks flawless. This was a shot from a photo shoot with Allure magazine. Her make up here is simple and classic yet stands out in an effortless way.

Here is how to recreate her pretty look-

Lauren's skin looks flawless so starting with a good base is essential. Armani Luminous Silk Foundation is light weight but gives a lovely glowing finish. Buff foundation into the skin using a brush or beauty blender.

To get Lauren's bronzed skin apply bronzer all over face concentrating on under the cheek bones, around the temples and hairline to give a contoured effect. My favourite bronzer is Too Faced Chocolate Soleil. I love this as it is matte and also gives a bronzed rather than orangey colour.

Apply a peachy blusher to the apples of the cheeks. M.A.C's Melba is perfect for this look. After applying blusher place a little highlighter along the top of the brow bone and under the arch of your brow. My favourite highlighting product is Jemma Kidd Dewy Glow All Over Radiance Creme. It is a beautiful cream highlighter that give a natural looking dewy finish to the skin.

Moving on to the eyes...Lauren's brows look perfectly groomed. Filling in your brows is probably my best beauty tip. It really does make a huge difference. I use NYX Eyebrow Cake Powder with an angled brush (such as M.A.C 263).

Miss Conrad's eye make up is pretty natural looking so sweeping a colour such a M.A.C's Patina over the lids and blending out any harsh edges with a fluffy blending brush will add a beautiful yet subtle dimension to the eyes.

Lauren is sporting a much more toned down eyeliner compared to her usual feline flick. Using a liquid or gel eyeliner draw a thin line along the entire upper lash line. I love Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner as it is easy to work with and super pigmented. The closer you get to the lash line the better for this look. Finish with two coats of mascara for long defined lashes. L'Oreal Telescopic is great for adding length and giving nice separated eyelashes.

The most striking part of Lauren's make up if her pretty red lips. Red lips with flawless bronzed skin always looks gorgeous. Use a true red such as M.A.C Russian Red to finish the look. To stop you from getting red lipstick on your teeth remember to put one finger in your mouth and pull it out to remover excess lipstick. Works every time!

So there you have my quick guide to getting Lauren Conrad's look. Simple and chic. Hope this picture has provided some inspiration!
