Gym Make Up

I must admit I am not one of those girls who can go to the gym without any make up on. I wish I was but unfortunately I do feel that I need to wear at least a tiny amount of make up to make me look alive.

Obviously when you are at the gym or just working out in general you don't want to have a full face of make up on and believe me I have seen my fair share of that at the gym, false eyelashes and all!

When I work out I like light 'no make up' make up. I try to keep products to a minimum. I also don't like to use expensive products as I am only going to sweat them off anyways.

With this in mind I would like to share my four make up products that I use when going to the gym or just working out in general.

E.L.F Tinted Moisturiser SPF 15

Some tinted moisturisers can be just as heavy if not heavier than foundation but this one is nice and lightweight. Costing only £1.50 this is perfect for the gym. It evens out your skin tone yet is nice and light and gives a dewy glow. The tube is small but at £1.50 what do you expect? It also makes it handy for popping in your gym bag.

Bloom Sheer Colour Cream in Rosie

I can't tell you how much I love this product. It is a multi-purpose cream but I use it as blusher. Rosie is a pretty pinky colour which gives a natural looking flush of colour to the cheeks. I dab a little on the apples of my cheeks and I'm good to go. I prefer cream blusher for the gym to give a natural look. This is available from Superdrug.

17 Waterproof Mascara

Waterproof mascara is an essential for working out. I had to learn this the hard way when one morning I went out a run and came back looking like a panda! I like the 17 mascara as it is cheap but defines my lashes and is definitely waterproof and smudge proof. I definitely do not bother with eyeliner or any other eye make up for the gym.

Burts Bees Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil

As I am a lip balm addict, this product comes as no surprise. I love Burts Bees lip balms and this one with Pomegranate Oil is my favourite. It smells really good and is every so slightly tinted. This adds just the perfect amount of colour to my lips.
