Clarins Tonic Bath & Shower Concentrate

I'm more of a shower than bath sort of girl. With that being said when I do have a bath I go all out and try to make it as relaxing and pampering as possible. A key ingredient for a luxurious bath is a good 'bubble bath'. One of my favourites has to be Clarins Tonic Bath & Shower Concentrate.

This aromatic blend is supposed to cleanse, firm and stimulate the skin. I'm not sure if it tones the skin but it does smell amazing. Containing essential oils such as rosewood, mint, germanium and rosemary, this is a real bath time treat. If you like that 'spa' smell then this is perfect. The mix of the oils definitely is invigorating and weirdly just gives you a sense of well-being and goodness.

I only use this in the bath, using 3-4 capfuls as recommended. This product can also be used in the shower by applying a capful on to a sponge but I just don't think you would get the same effect as using it in the bath. This always makes my baths feel like a little pamper session and it also leaves my skin soft and moisturised which I really like.

I was given this as a gift from a lovely friend but you can pick these up online or at any Clarins counter and retail for between £14-£18 depending on where you get them. A little goes a long way with this product and it lasts for ages. If your looking for that little something extra to make your bath times that bit more enjoyable then this bath and shower concentrate is worth checking out.

  2. Oooh it looks lovely and quite cheap for how long it lasts! My skin always feels dry when getting out of the bath, this sounds like it will help that!

  4. This looks lovely and I would love to invest, but I have extremely sensitive skin! Do you know if it is suitable for sensitive skin?

    1. Hi Samma

I think this should be ok for sensitive skin. Some times my skin can be rather sensitive but I find it ok. Following your blog via bloglovin :) x
