Inspired by my Clarins Bath & Shower Concentrate post, I decided to have a bath and a bit of a pamper session last night. Having already spoken about my love for the Clarins bubble bath, I thought I would use my other favourite bath product, my Molton Brow Yuan Zhi Relaxing Bath & Shower Gel. I love the smell of this bubble bath, it is instantly relaxing. Whilst my bath was running I turned out the lights and lit some candles (Lily Flame candles are my fav right now!).
With my ambient setting created, I got in the lovely warm bath and started with a mini facial. With my recent Origins purchase I got a travel size cleanser and exfoliator free so thought I would give them a go. I used the Origins Checks and Balances Frothy Face Wash which removed all my make up and literally left my face squeaky clean. I then used a small amount of the Origins Modern Friction Exfoliator which was nice and gentle for the face. Afterwards, I applied my newest face mask, the REN F10 Smooth and Renew Mask. I love this mask but won't go in to detail as I have a full review for you in the next couple of days. I left this on for 10 minutes whilst I had a nice relaxing soak.
Once I had removed my mask I then went on to wash my hair. As I rarely have baths, I reached for the only shampoo that was lying around and this was Percy & Reed Splendidly Silky Moisturising Shampoo. I got this free with Glamour magazine a while ago. As my hair has been oily recently and the shampoo was moisturising I decided to skip the conditioner and instead just apply some hair oil to my ends when I got out.
No pamper session is complete without a bit of body exfoliation so I cracked out my yummiest body scrub, Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Scrub and my exfoliating gloves. I could sit and smell this scrub all day and have raved about it so much on my blog that I don't need to say any more. Finally I used my Soap & Glory Creamy Clarifying Shower Gel all over. This is great as it cleanses yet moisturises the skin.
When I stepped out the bath, I applied some moisturiser, foot cream and some gradual tanner before drying my hair and jumping in to bed. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my pamper party for one!
