REN F10 Smooth And Renew Mask

Last weekend I received an email from Look Fantastic with a £10 voucher. I think it had something to do with Paypal as I had recently purchased a pair of GHD's for my mum from Look Fantastic using Paypal. Anyway I was so excited to spend this as any beauty obsessed girl would be. I literally spent hours and hours looking through the site trying to decide what to use it on. I finally settled on a REN face mask.

I had never tried anything from REN before but had heard plenty of great things about the brand on the blogosphere. REN are a brand who use clinically proven bio actives and cutting edge technology to come up with some great products that are free from lots of nasties.

I was drawn to the F10 Smooth & Renew Mask which claimed to gently exfoliate, detoxify and boost cell renewal leaving you with smooth and brighter skin. It is also jammed packed with vitamins to help repair and soothe the skin as well as being great for sensitive skin.

Well on Monday I took an allergic reaction to something in my beauty class and ended up with tiny little bumps all over my chin and forehead. Sadly by Friday they were still there. I was a bit reluctant to try this mask whilst my skin was in this condition but as it is specially formulated for sensitive skin I thought I would give it a go anyway. I used it on Friday night as part of a little pamper session in the bath.

This mask is a thick gel consistency and smells very fruity. It has a pump applicator which is great as there is minimal mess involved. I smoothed the thick gel all over my face and left it on for the recommended 10 minutes. It was strange, there was no tingling or anything like that but somehow you could just feel it working away. After ten minutes I removed it using the little muslin cloth that comes with the face mask.

Well I was amazed at the results. My bumpy irritated skin was dramatically smoother (the bumps were almost gone!). My skin felt soft, looked visibly brighter and more even. I was so impressed by how much this had helped my skin in only 10 minutes. Having been so annoyed with my skin all week, it felt great to have this mask work wonders.

I have been loving face masks recently and this one is now mostly certainly up there with my favourites. It has made me really want to try out some other REN products to see if they are as equally impressive. When my spending ban is over I fully intend to pick up some bits and pieces.

The F10 Smooth and Renew Mask retails for £20, however Look Fantastic were doing 20% off REN products and then I had my £10 voucher so I got this for the bargain prices of only £6! Good deal or what! I think Look Fantastic are still running the 20% off offer, so if you fancy trying some REN products now is a good time to buy. They also offer free delivery which I love.

Huge thumbs up for REN. Have you tried any of their products?
